Laboratories submit results and download reports only through the participant portal. Please do not send results by email.

Trouble accessing the portal?
- Reload the page with Ctrl+F5 (Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or try another browser.
- Check that your computer's date and time are correct.
- If you see a security or certificate warning, or the page stays blank, your organisation's firewall may be blocking the site. Try another network, for example a mobile hotspot, or ask your IT team to allow portal.eqadarts.org. Please do not bypass a certificate warning on a network you do not control.

Comments, complaints and appeals
For comments, complaints or an appeal against a performance evaluation, use Forms & Requests in the participant portal or contact our support team. If PT materials did not arrive on schedule, if vials were damaged or missing, or if transport conditions were not met (for example, ice bags no longer frozen), tell us immediately. We reply promptly and send the decision after a thorough evaluation.
